Welcome to my online home. I am an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Economics and Finance Department in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. My teaching interests are in Real Estate Finance, Investments, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets & Institutions. My current research interests are in the Behavioral Finance, Capital Budgeting, Measuring Firm Value and Technology in Teaching issues.
