Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Middle School Mathematics (CMSM)


The CMSM is a certificate in middle-school mathematics.  This certificate is designed for school personnel seeking advanced study in mathematics content appropriate for teaching mathematics at the middle-school level.  Neither an undergraduate major or minor in mathematics is required for admission to this certificate program.  This MHEC-approved certificate is awarded upon completion of an approved program of study consisting of hands-on pedagogically innovative mathematics content courses.

Note: This certificate is not a teaching certificate.  The awarding of this CMSM certificate does not carry certification to teach.
