The ACKERMAN / TELL Summer 1998 Conference on Democratic Citizenship and Literature for Youth. This year's theme is "Coming to America: Ethnicity and Citizenship." Modern Critical Approaches to Children's Literature

Tales For Our Times: The New Storytelling
The Eighth Montreal Conference on Children's Literature will take place on April 17-18, 1999 at Vanier College in St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada. The keynote speaker is Philip Pullman.
