Introduction
Have you ever been involved in a scavenger hunt? Was it fun? What
type of things did you look for? How long did it take to find everything
on the list? The boys of Camp Green Lake have assigned you to help
them to locate some things that have been missing. The warden has
assigned them to complete this task or they will have to face severe consequences.

Task
These
are the items that have been assigned for you to find.
The
items are as follows: boats, onions, peaches, holes, water, venom (from
snakes), donkeys, and yellow spotted lizards. Hurry time is ticking!

Process
1.
Break up into groups of 4.
2.
Within your group assign each person 2 items on the list.
3.
Find a website related to each of the items assigned to you.
4.
Research those items.
5.
Write a comparison of the information found to how the items were portrayed
in the novel.
6.
Write down the web address and title to prove that you found each item
on the web.
7.
Bring back to the group and share your results.
8.
Have a discussion within your group.
