Math 155, Summer 2012 - Student Information

Office Hours: During the summer term, I will hold office hours daily from 11AM until at least 11:30. On some days I may leave at 11:30 if no students are at my office at that time; otherwise, I will stick around as late as 12:00. (I will have to leave by 12:00 on most days.) 

Tutoring: Free one-on-one tutoring is expected to be available in HS 117 Henson. I'll update this information as soon as a schedule is set.

Computer Labs: During the summer term, computer lab access on campus is limited. The only general use student labs that will be operational will be in TETC (according to the SU Helpdesk website – see http://www.salisbury.edu/helpdesk/labs/hours.html). It is possible that the computers in the tutoring room (HS 117) will also be available for class-related computer work - I'll let you know if/when those become available. All computers in campus labs have Minitab installed, which means you would be able to use them to complete your Minitab lab assignments.

Minitab Free Trial: (Windows only – there’s no Mac version, unfortunately) If you would prefer to complete Minitab lab assignments at home, then you will need to install Minitab on your computer. To do this for free, go to http://www.onthehub.com/minitab/, click on “Minitab 15” (not “Minitab 16”), and then click the “free trial” link. This will give you a 30-day free trial, which will last through the four-week summer term.
