Born and raised in Washington, D.C.,  Kenneth Milner is an experienced administrator with over 30 years in public education. Eighteen of those years were as an assistant principal, program director, principal, lead principal and vice superintendent. Throughout these years Kenneth has received numerous awards, honors, certificates, and plaques for outstanding administrative services to schools, communities and the youth of our society.
