Core Faculty Member & Requard Nurse Educator, The Copper Ridge Institute (March, 2010-present).  Responsible for dementia care education to various facilities/organizations on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Host, Focus on Health, (2002-present) A series of educational programs highlighting current health issues sponsored by the SU Department of Nursing which air on Salisbury University's public access channel, PAC 14 for the residents of Wicomico County.  Over 200 programs have been produced to date, including such topics as:  heart disease, melanoma, food safety, stroke, prostate cancer, adolescent health, sexually-transmitted infections, advance directives, medication management, lung disease, osteoporosis, reading nutrition labels, as well as, surgical procedure programs featuring total hip and total knee replacements. Other procedures include laparoscopic cholecystectomy, coronary artery bypass graft, DaVinci robotic prostatectomy, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, and cataract removal.
