There are two kinds of dataset that you will use in this course.

The first is a dataset that you will type yourself into MINITAB.  You are advised to save this kind of dataset in a folder which you create and name MTBfiles.  Put this folder in two of the following places:  (1) a floppy disc (2) your P: drive on campus, or (3) the C: drive on your home computer.  (You cannot use the C: drive on a campus computer for personal storage.)

The second type is a dataset prepared by MINITB and packaged with the program.  On the campus computer system, all datasets are stored in the folder Minitab 14, but they are in various subfolders.  Here are the subfolders for the prepared datasets that we use in this course.
