INSTRUCTIONS:  Using a computer which holds Microsoft Power Point, click on the link for one of the lessons.
The software will allow you to open a lesson in Power Point.  Then to print, hold down Control and press P.
Instead of slides, choose handouts, and the default will give you 6 to a page (instead of 1 to a page).
