This is a pass/fail course.  You will be evaluated on each of the AREAs shown in the following table.  Then if the median evaluation is Satisfactory or better, you will earn a Pass.  Otherwise, you will earn a Fail.  It is not hard to pass, if you act in good faith.

But more important to you may be the letter of reference I can write you for a job application later.  Wouldln't you like me to be able to say your performance was "consistently good" and "outstanding" in a particular area?
