www.paper-source.com - These are 5x7 pocketfolds, and run 10 for $9.50. There's limited selection, but the quality is good, and that's about as cheap as you're going to find them pre-made. They have matching envelopes for each color.
www.evnelopments.com - This is the standard line of pocketfolds that many non-custom vendors sell. They're pricier than paper-source's, but you have tons more options, in most of the sizes on the template page.
