Abstract
The Rule of Four says that we want to express and teach
mathematics algebraically, numerically, graphically, and verbally.
We wish to discuss yet another sense that could be used to demonstrate
mathematical properties, sound. A chaotic dynamical system will be
used as an example. In particular, period doubling can be heard almost
as it occurs and the appearance of stable cycles in the chaotic region
is quite dramatic.
