It is my hope that students will actively participate in class, will visit my office whenever they have a question or concern and will take advantage of every opportunity to learn.  Although the subject matter may seem daunting at first, mathematics can be mastered by anyone who is willing to work.  Like all work it may seem uncomfortable at first but with repetition and practice the tasks become easier with time.
