Read over all of the information on your homepage and print out the “course agreement” form

Complete the “mathematics” part of either the Fibonacci or Mod n problem (just do the one your group was assigned) that you started in class

Start thinking of how you would write up part a of your problem

Turn in your written responses to your problem.  You many type them if you wish, but this is not required.

Make sure that you have thoroughly explained the processes you went through, so that I have a “snapshot” of you work.

Write up carefully, explaining your thinking processes, #1d, 3d, 4c, 7b in Spiral activity 3.1

When appropriate, include step by step descriptions and diagrams.

Use both subtraction methods (take-away and comparison) to do 8c, 9b.  Explain the steps and draw diagrams to illustrate what you are doing.

Your first journal is (finally!) posted on webct.  It is due by 11 pm on Sunday nite.  Please go check to see that you can get into webct and know how to use it before this date.
