Solution to the Isomorphic Puzzles

Look over the "data" from the first puzzle and write down the cat's last name followed by an arrow to the last name of the pigeon it killed - put in blank spots for unknowns as follows:

The Down’s cat killed the pigeon owned by the man who married the owner of the cat that killed Mr. Marsh’s pigeon.
Downs --> ______--> Marsh

Mr. Down’s pigeon was killed by Mrs. Heath’s cat.
Downs <-- Heath or Heath --> Downs

Mr. Forest’s pigeon was killed by the cat owned by the lady who married the man whose pigeon was killed by Mrs. Field’s cat.
Forest <--_______<--- Field or
Field-- >_______-- > Forest

Putting these together:
Heath --> Downs --> ______--> Marsh
                                Field-->_______--> Forest

You can see that they will fit together as follows:

Heath --> Downs --> Field --> Marsh --> Forrest

Which leaves the Heath's pigeon for the Forrest's cat.

Similarly, look over the "data" from the second puzzle and write down the girl's last name followed by an arrow to the last name of the boy she married - put in blank spots for unknowns as follows:

The Abel girl married the Beal boy.
Abel --> Beal

The Beal girl's husband's sister married the Dorian boy.
Beal --> _____ > Dorian

The Eversley boy's wife's brother married the Creen girl.
Eversley < --________ < -- Creen or
Creen -->________ --> Eversley
And again the only way they fit together is:

Abel --> Beal --> Creen --> Dorian --> Eversley
Which leaves the Abel boy for the Eversley girl to marry.
