E-Vising: Getting Started

OK, let's get started.  You will need following items to be advised:

  1. a printed copy of the checklist that you are using for your major (note: the new curriculum is now the default curriculum - if you're still on the old curriculum, you will need to go to the environmental studies website and find the old curriculum there, or use a copy that you still have from previous advising sessions) and

  2. a completed schedule of the courses you plan to take next semester, entered on a Program Planning Worksheet.

To obtain a checklist for your major, go to the "Major Checklists" link in the right banner. At this point, the checklist listed on the SU website is the old curriculum that many of you will be finishing up. A copy of the new curriculum will be sent to you by e-mail from Mr. Nelson when he sends the list of courses being taught in the fall semester.
