I am an assistant professor at Salisbury University. I earned my first Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and second Ph.D. in Computer Science at the College of William & Mary. I have more than 10 years of working experience in academia and global industry, including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Philips Research East Asia, and Nokia Research Center (Beijing). My research interests include wearable & mobile computing, machine learning, and smart health.

November 2023: I was invited to give a talk about Artificial Intelligence at the Institute of Retired Persons (IRP) at Salisbury University.
