In this course, under strict deadlines, you will be drafting, writing and rewriting material till they are of acceptable quality. This reflects the standards of the industry where content, deadlines and format are relatively significant. Your participation in the group is vital to the outcome of the Program Scripting process and hence attendance during these assignments is mandatory. You will be penalized 10 points for each absence and 5 points for each tardiness during the days when assignment 7 and 8 are being discussed. If you know that you will not be in class during one or more of these days (due to any reasonable circumstance) inform the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.  

All written work must be typed. Assignments that are not submitted within five minutes of the deadline are considered late. Valid medical and emergency excuses only with documentation will be accepted for late assignments. All other late assignments will be subject to a 50% grade penalty for each day it is late.
