Camp Staff

Tim Lee, Camp Director (pictured above, right), played the highest semiprofessional level in England Before moving to America.  While at Geneva College, he achieved recognition as a three-time All American and four-time All-Western Pennsylvania All Star, setting new scoring records.  Coach Lee coached for 23 years at Seaford High School, having led the Blue Jays to the Delaware State playoffs nine times.  He earned Henlopen Conference Coach of the Year honors four times and was named Delaware State Coach of the Year four times. Lee as named Delaware Youth Soccer Coach of the Year and USYS Region I Coach of the Year in 2003.  He is a holder of the English F.A. preliminary coaching badge and is currently on the coaching staff at Sussex Tech high school.

Gerry DiBartolo (pictured above, left) completed his 34th and final season as the men's soccer coach at Salisbury University.  During his tenure as head coach, the Seagulls have won the Conference championship 8 times and advanced to the NCAA DIvision III National Tournament numerous times.  In 2004, they finished as national semifinalists in the Final Four. DiBartolo has been named Conference Coach of the Year in 1994, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2007, 2013 and 2015, as well as, NSCAA/Adidas South Region Coach of the Year in 1992, 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, and 2015. During his final season, he earned his 400th career win.  He currently serves as interim athletic director at SU.

Alex Hargrove will be entering his first season as the men's soccer coach at Salisbury University this fall.  In his four years as a player at SU, Hargrove helped the team to two conference titles and three NCAA tournament appearances.  He then served as assistant coach from 2010-2015.  He is a Maryland-certified physical education teacher and certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.  In addition to his nine years of working Soccer Sessions camp, he has directed several camps in the mid-Atlantic region.

Coaches Lee, DiBartolo and Hargrove have been actively involved in camp instruction for several years and continue to provide instruction using exciting and effective methods.  Other qualified staff are available, including specialized goalkeeper training.
